The space This home is ideally located in the heart of Albany. There is a shopping center and many food options nearby. It is a single level home. The two larger bedrooms each have a mini electric fireplace/heater to make your nights extra cozy and warm. All beds have mattress topers to make them extra comfortable. The two main bedrooms have their own dedicated workspace for your convenience. The middle bedroom with the queen bed has an adjoining door to the smaller third bedroom (twin bed). The main dining area is located in the kitchen nook and accommodates four people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need plus extras. This home includes a giant 55 inch TV and has reliable wifi. The house has a new split unit heating system that will provide heat in the winter and cool air conditioning in the summer. Please note that the heating/cooling unit is a ductless system. The main areas of the home heats and cools nicely. For the bedrooms, there are additional fans and heaters for extra comfort if desired. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The garage is not available. Other things to note Although most of the home has been updated, the windows are older and guests will need to open and close with care. One side of the home is located on a busier street. The bedroom closest to the busier street has a noise neutralizing fan to accommodate guests.
