Newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 washroom apartment, short walking distance to the beach, nightlife and famous Hip Strip shopping and airport. Please note, our apartment is located on the main street with a passing traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, this place and this area in general is not for you. The space Very spacious apartment with two balconies (kitchen patio + bedroom balcony) and also foldable sofa in the living room. It is not a gated community, however we are located right next to Summit police station. We are located in the old complex that looks worn out from outside but everything inside is new. The apartment is on the second floor. Across the road there is Gloriana hotel followed by Toby's resort. The internet here is happily low-key - great for emails, messages, and a quick check-in with the world. It’s not built for trading floors, crypto minting, render farms, or gaming marathons. This is a place for sea breezes and sunsets, not server racks. Guest access A renovated 2-bedroom spacious apartment in the older complex. Please note, everything on the Hip strip is quite old, the sacrifice you would need to make if you want to stay in this neighborhood. We have fully equipped kitchen and parking available on premises. We have AC in the bedroom and very powerful fans in the living room and bedroom. Other things to note We are located on the second floor, you should climb stairs. The stairs are steep. There is no elevator available. The TV is in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. It's a Smart TV, no cable TV. To use paid subscriptions like Netflix, Prime etc., please log in to your personal accounts. Water, electricity and internet disruptions/outages are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have a backup water tank/generator/internet. There are bottles of water at the apartment in case if water disruption occurs. That water is not for drinking. While we are trying to accommodate all our guests, we don't accept alterations requests less than one week before your arrival or during your stay.
