Stepping into the home via the coded electronic door entry, you step into the kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen comes stocked with all that you will need to cook a great meal. There is a dining area within the kitchen. Next, the living room beckons you to have a seat and watch your favorite show from the flat-screen television. DirecTV service is present. Through the sliding glass door at the rear of the home, you'll step outside to a wooden deck area. A propane grill is provided and is sure to excite your group's grill guru. Located in the center of the island. Put-in-Bay Rentals: Guests have the full use of their rental unit. Parking is available onsite. Guest have shared use of the pool area and the taxi shuttle service. Full-size vehicle parking is extremely limited on the island! Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos/Island Club Rental Homes/Put-in-Bay Rentals: The official season runs from April 1 through October 31. The "busy" season with pools open on the island is Labor Day through Memorial Day. Check ferry schedules for sail times as they do not run 24/7. Put-in-Bay is in the State of Ohio, USA, so all applicable state laws are in effect, including the fact that golf carts are licensed motor vehicles.
