Other things to note 👥 Maximum occupancy: 5 guests 🔞 Minimum age of primary renter: 20 years 🚭 No smoking permitted inside the property 🐾 Pets Welcome (Dogs Only) 🐶 We’re happy to welcome dogs! 🐕 However, cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns for some of our guests. 😺🚫 Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as a pet fee will apply. 💵 Kindly include your pet in your reservation request for approval. ✅ Additional fees may apply. ✨ Happy Guest Registration Requirement 🏡 To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests must complete the Happy Guest registration before receiving check-in instructions and the door code. 🔐 Through our secure, app-free Happy Guest portal, you will: 📝 Review and sign the rental agreement 🪪 Complete guest registration and ID verification 💳 Choose one of the following: A $1,000 refundable security hold (temporary card authorization, not a charge), or 🛡️ An optional $37 non-refundable damage waiver (covers stays up to 10 nights; +$2 per additional night for longer stays) 💰 The $1,000 security hold is automatically released 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported. 📱 Happy Guest is a secure website—no app download or account creation is required.
