The space This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has been updated with all new high-end appliances. Custom-made dining room table with seating for 10 and outside dining on screened in deck with wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace for winter use and TV for cozy evenings. Owner has provided a full size washer & dryer for guests. The main level of the home features a large living room with wood-burning fireplace, open concept dining and kitchen as well as the master (king size) bedroom with full bathroom (en-suite) including a soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity. The laundry area, mudroom and half bath are also located just off the garage entrance on the main level. French doors open up to your screened porch that also includes a wood-burning fireplace and ample seating. The upper level includes two large bedrooms and a Jack & Jill full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a King size bed and TV. The bottom floor includes a queen size bed in separate bedroom; a full size bath with tub/shower; separate living space with TV, comfortable seating, and games for all to enjoy. Door leading to an additional back patio with seating out onto the back yard where there is also a hot tub and fire pit. The space upstairs above the garage has a bunk bed. The half bath is located on the main floor down from the stairs that lead to this room. At least one blow up mattress is also available in the closet. A t.v. Is also in this upstairs space. Guest access Mountain Rest at Lake Burton is located right off of (paved) Burton Dam Road. Ample parking is available, along with a two car garage. Paved roads to gravel driveway. Four wheel drive not required. The entire house is included with your reservations. You must provide your own firewood when the fireplace is in service in colder months.
