The newly-renovated house sits on 6 acres of QUIET land in the Catskill Mountains. Wake up and have a cup of coffee while gazing at the pine trees. Cook meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Put your feet up in front of our wood burning stove. Curl up on our comfy couch with a good book, or stream your favorite show. The space This house is chock full of everything you need—and tons of cozy nooks and crannies. Wake up in the morning and treat yourself to a cup of Chemex pour over coffee, a cup from the French press, or some espresso from our Bialetti moka pot. Take your coffee out to the balcony to gaze at the pine trees lining the expansive mountain ridge, and listen to the sounds of the nearby stream. The living room features a Jotul F500 wood burning stove, a large comfy leather couch, beautiful accent chairs, and floor poufs. There is a smart TV with access to basic cable and Netflix—you can also sign in to your favorite streaming apps as you wish. If TV is not your thing, we also have an Audio-Technica record player and a Marshall blue tooth speaker for you to enjoy. A wide range of records are available—you can listen to everyone from Leon Bridges to the Lumineers, from Jimmy Hendrix to John Coltrane, and from Led Zeppelin to Louis Armstrong. If you're a games person we've got you covered, too, with cards, puzzles, and board games on hand. If cooking is your thing you'll find everything you need to make a gourmet meal in our kitchen or on our deck with the Weber grill. We are stocked with Calphalon stainless steel pots + pans, baking sheets, a griddle pan, and an electric stove/oven. You can also find plenty of bowls, measuring cups + spoons, spatulas, a loaf pan, a muffin tin, and a KitchenAid hand mixer for all your baking needs. And when you're all done we have a dishwasher to make clean up easy. Sleep will be easy to come by in our gorgeously appointed bedrooms (2 Queens + 1 King). The bedrooms feature plenty of amenities like fresh towels, toiletries, and extra blankets, along with hand sanitizer. The bathrooms (1 full + 1 half) are brand new and our oversized glass-door shower offers a spa-like experience. The newly-finished wood floors cover the whole house, making our open-concept layout even more inviting. Other things to note Our house is family friendly! We have a high-chair on the premises for your use. Just please note that all little ones MUST be supervised while up in the loft bedroom!!! Babies, toddlers, and even little kids should NEVER be left alone up there under any circumstances!!!
