Garage Upon request, it contains an extra event refrigerator/freeze and weight bench/weight set. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4 story building and backyard garden. We provide a private assigned door code to guests for entrance into the grand foyer Other things to note Iron, ironing board, hair dryers and a first aid kit are available. A list of emergency numbers are provided: nearest hospital, host contact, parking info, recycling and trash info. There are 2 designated parking spaces, 1 in each driveway for guests on property and 1 garage available to rent. There are more than 50 free parking spaces in front of the house at the Marina Green Park. It is generally limited to 12 hours a day (8:00 am to 8:00 pm). Please pay attention to the street signs for street cleaning. The property is NOT handicap accessible, guests must be able to walk up the stairs. An Iron, ironing board, hair dryers and a First aid kit are available. The home does not have air conditioning and is not necessary 99% of the year.
