The living room offers a large cozy corner couch as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. The living room leads directly onto the balcony. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up a delicious meal. If you don't feel like cooking, you can enjoy your meal at one of the local restaurants. The bathroom was renovated in June 2024. The walls were newly tiled and the shower enclosure was renewed. It has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, towel rail and hair dryer. Free parking is right in front of the house entrance. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in Sankt Andreasberg, directly opposite the local mini golf course. Both restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearby Harz National Park offers something for everyone: from active sports to restful and relaxing. Sankt Andreasberg scores with many hiking routes around the Sonnenberg and Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. For little adventurers, there is a summer toboggan run and a high ropes course not far from the front door. For bigger adventurers, there is the mountain bike park with descents of various difficulty levels and bike rental. In winter, you will find several slopes for descents in different levels of difficulty on the Matthias Schmidt mountain. In Sankt Andreasberg, there is a large ski and toboggan meadow right next to the spa gardens. There are also many cross-country ski trails in the surrounding area with different distances and difficulties.
