Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. This well planned and long awaited town features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach. The Big Chill (formerly known as the Hub), a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 30A General Store is conveniently centered within Prominence, for all of your essential or souvenir needs! Prominence is next door to Watersound, and just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside. The location of Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Guests of this vacation condo rental will find all information about their unit within the Panhandle Getaways APP. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. NOTE: The free activities and bike rentals offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie, at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Valid for stays less than 28 days. GOLF CART RENTALS - Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
