The townhome is furnished with a king size bed in one bedroom and two queen size beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom. Get unobstructed Moab rim views from the porch. This unit is situated closest to the highway which makes it easy to access, but is not recommended for guests sensitive to noise. Most guest don't have an issue with the highway noise. The HOA will be adding grass in the future. The landscaping is currently dirt.
