The space CITQ : 311863 EXP : 2026-01-31 We have furnished our chalet so that the whole family can stay there! ✧ The first bedroom, on the ground floor, includes a queen bed, opaque curtains for those who sleep lightly and a large wardrobe. ✧ The second bedroom, also on the 1st floor, contains a queen bed, a large closet and access to a private bathroom. ✧ The last bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, a large wardrobe and access to a private bathroom as well. ✧ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook good meals during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on site to facilitate preparation. You will even have access to a fondue kit. ✧ In the living room, there is a large modular sofa that converts into a bed for additional guests, a smart television allowing access to your Netflix account as well as a large window illuminating the entire room. Let's not forget the installed AC! ✧ The second floor offers a nice rest area, large bay windows to enjoy the view, a dining table that can accommodate your whole group, a large island with stools as well as board games. ✧ Outside, there are two terraces with furniture, a picnic table and Adirondack chairs, a propane BBQ, and the best asset: the spa which is open year-round. ✧ The chalet has a total of 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor! Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space. ✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby! Other things to note - Dog Friendly Rules: We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding. ๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog. ๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb. ๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old. ๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs. ๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present. ๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture. ๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors. ๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean. *BARBECUE* Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
