Pelican Lane Beach House

This little house is on a quiet lane with private beach access just a few hundred feet from the front door. You'll enjoy fishing, surfing, or relaxing with a good book and a nice cold drink here. You'll also be just minutes away from boat ramps, tennis courts, theaters, art galleries, museums, beach shops, grocery stores, restaurants, brew pubs and live music venues. The space We have 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. There are also 2 aero beds for extra guests and a bassinet for baby. In the living room you'll find comfortable seating and a large smart tv that you can log into your own Netflix or other streaming services. We also have books and games available for use during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster, and more small appliances. Other amenities include beach umbrellas, beach towels. Beach chairs are kept at the tiki hut. The fenced back yard features lush greenery, string lighting, built in gas BBQ, and putting green, dart board, tiki toss and fenced parking for your boat.
