The space The lake house with sauna and movie theatre is a stunning retreat located on the edge of a picturesque lake. This luxurious property is a perfect place for relaxation and entertainment, with all the modern amenities that you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The exterior of the lake house boasts a charming, modern design with natural wood finishes and large windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding lake and forest. The property sits on a spacious lot that includes a private dock, where you can spend lazy afternoons swimming, fishing or just soaking up the sun. Property is facing North looking at the back window from the from the Dock. Meaning the sunset's on the dock. Full sun from 11AM until Dusk in the high season. As you enter the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting interior, featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings that create a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The living room is elegantly furnished with plush sofas, a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for movie nights or relaxing evenings with friends and family. After a long day of activities, unwind in the soothing warmth of the sauna, located just steps away from the living area. The sauna is equipped with modern amenities such as temperature control and mood lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere to rejuvenate your body and mind. When it comes to dining, the lake house has a fully-equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances and a spacious dining area that can accommodate large groups. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck, which is equipped with a BBQ grill, mini fridge and outdoor seating. Guest access Fully private lake house with 24-hour self-entry access. Property access codes will be sent after completion of the online check-in and rental agreement. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all amenities the property offers, including a sauna and hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of swimming or fishing on the lake. The dock provides direct water access for boating or lakeside relaxation. Additional features include a BBQ for outdoor cooking, a mini-fridge for beverages, and a fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars, creating a peaceful lakeside atmosphere. Winterization Notice: Dock access and water-based activities are seasonal and dependent on weather conditions and water levels. Please inquire prior to booking. During winter months, road and driveway conditions are subject to weather and may be challenging to maneuver due to snow and ice. Guests are strongly encouraged to travel with appropriate winter tires, preferably in an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Packing a shovel and traction aid such as sand is recommended to ensure safe access during winter conditions. Other things to note Home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules: 1.There's no place like home! That’s our motto. Treat this lake-house like your own home and take care of it. Suck the life out of everyday life and enjoy your stay! 2.Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. 3.Pets: Please Inquire- If you are bringing a pet, we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times and clean up after them. Please notify us of any accidents. We do have a Pet fee. 4.Noise: Good Neighbor agreement states, Noise curfew from 10:00pm- 9:00 AM. The city enforces this bi-law strictly. A complaint may result in the arrival of authorities and result in fines. 5.Timing: Please respect the check-in & check-out times. Reach out if amendments are required to see if they can be met. 6. Footwear: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the property clean and comfortable. 7.Garbage Management: Before check-out guests are required to either sort or remove all bags of garbage from the premises. Failure to do so may result in higher than typical cleaning costs which the guests we are responsible for. 8. Please review Cancellation Policy. 9.Check- in form, guest verification and rental agreement to be signed before access codes are sent out. 10.Please note that renters' average age must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Valid ID will be required upon booking and check-in to ensure compliance. 11. Length of stay: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled to ensure the property is well-maintained and comfortable for the duration of your visit. This service helps us uphold high standards of cleanliness and provides a fresh environment for an extended stay. 12. Firewood Policy -Firewood is not provided for the duration of your stay. You may notice birch staging wood stored beneath the main-floor TV. This wood is not for guest use—please do not burn or remove 13. Wine Cellar - Access to the wine cellar is available for an additional cost. Please message us in advance if you would like to add this to your stay. Cost is in the guidebook per bottle.
