Spend the day exploring Williams and adventure out to see everything Arizona has to offer. Come stay at our beautiful fully-furnished 2BR 2Bth w/game room home. Walk across the street to Elephant Rocks Golf Course and Cataract Lake. Have a BBQ, enjoy the Firepit and Hot Tub in our private romantic setting. Explore Downtown Williams, Flagstaff and Route 66 including, taking a train ride on Polar Express. We are close to everything yet private feeling home. ★We have RAVING reviews for a reason★ The space The Main Bedroom has a King size bed The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and the game room has a fold out single futon. There is a topper for the futon in the 2nd room closet as well as bedding. Game room has arcade games for the kids (and adults) which include a terminator game, digital pinball, and an infinity board game table. Coffee maker is a standard coffee maker. We provide a bag of coffee for each day you are there. Other things to note *The electric pinball in the game room is currently broken and we have taken it out of the house to fix it. We are hoping to having it back in by the end of August.* ★ The televisions in the home do not have cable. They are smart TV's in which you can log-in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. - We also provide a Blue Ray player and DVDs. ★ With the property being in the mountains, the WiFi can be spotty at times. ★ There is chlorine with instructions for you for longer stays so you can put some in if using the hot tub nightly. Please leave tub at 101 degrees when not in use. ★ The gas knob is behind the BBQ and needs to be turned on/off for BBQ and firepit with each guest for safety. Lighter is in the kitchen drawer above the garbage drawer. ★ The neighborhood is still being worked on by the builder and they might be working throughout the day. ★ We provide a FTH cloth bag for you to use and keep for shopping and carrying extra things you may buy while on you trip. ★ Hot Tub Towels are in laundry closet. ★ The house does not have AC, but if you open the windows at night and shut them in the morning the house will stay cool all day. It usually stays around 70-75 degrees in the house by doing this. ★ We have a hot tub maintenance guy that comes out weekly and changes the water frequently. Certain times of the year it may get cloudy between stays, which is why we leave a bottle of chlorine out for guests to put a little in to clear the water.
