Walk off patio to the beach

Upscale 4,200 sq. ft. 3-story townhouse with much space for privacy of guests. Each level has separate living area & outdoor area. The property is situated directly on beach & features a wealth of amenities. Walk off large patio w/ private swimming pool & onto private walkway ending at ocean. Summer, we only rent weekly from Sat. to Sat. If renting Jan/Feb, we are only renting the first 2 floors add 3rd floor at $200/nt extra. No Spring breakers.We collect 17 % hotel tax over rental fee. Other things to note Maximum 17 people. No spring breakers but families welcome. We need to collect 11% of the rental fee for city and county taxes. Unfortunately, Air bnb only collects the state tax and the template does not have a space for this.
