Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the whole house and yard. The exception will be the garage, in which we do not provide access to, although there is plenty of driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Access to the Electric Vehicle charger is available. Please notify us in advance and you will gain access to the charger and parking in the garage. There is a small fee to utilize the EV charger, and is all automated on the actual charger itself. Other things to note While the cell service might be a bit elusive, our WiFi ensures you can stay connected. The cell phone service at the house is spotty, not great. The neighborhood around itself is ok enough to make a call. The wifi at the property is enough to make wifi calls, send texts, FaceTime, zoom if those settings on your phone are enabled. Lastly, this is a quiet community and ask for you to respect that and maintain its tranquility! We only allow maximum 3 cars at the property, as there is no street parking and we do not offer use of the garage.
