Situated in a serene neighborhood off Hubquarter Creek with lake access just around the corner, our cottage offers plenty of space for outdoor entertainment & boat parking. Inside you’ll find cozy bedrooms and several TV’s and games for indoor fun. The space Welcome to your perfect lake getaway! This charming home features two cozy bedrooms, each with a TV and Firestick for your streaming needs. A third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. The open-concept living and dining area is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, while the fully equipped, spacious kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the wraparound porch, complete with rocking chairs and Adirondack seating—perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. For lake days, we provide inflatables with an electric pump, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to keep your drinks chilled. Outdoor fun continues with a volleyball net, badminton rackets, and a bocce ball set. As a guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the neighborhood’s private boat launch and recreation area. Enjoy a relaxing day at the roped-off beach, unwind in Adirondack chairs, have a picnic at the provided tables, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. There’s also a community dock available for day use. A key fob will be provided for convenient access during your stay. Rainy day or evening in? No problem! You’ll find a great selection of board games and toys to keep everyone entertained indoors. Whether you’re here to unwind or make memories with family and friends, our lake house has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of a small owners closet in kitchen, outdoor shed and boat.
