Parkview House is the premier Airbnb destination nestled in downtown Marietta with a view of Muskingum Park and Muskingum River from the porch. Located within easy walking distance of desired shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and more! This spacious, historic home was built over 100 years ago, with incredible details throughout. The quiet neighborhood has a large city park with riverside bike/walking trail just steps from the front door. The space Do you have an appreciation for beautiful older homes with original hardwood floors, detailed crown molding, intricate ceiling medallions, hand-carved wood mantle surrounds, leaded glass windows, and pocket doors with original hardware? Our spacious yet comfortable home offers all of this and more! With spacious living room, foyer, and dining room there are plenty of places for gathering. And with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there is plenty of room for privacy and relaxation. Or enjoy the huge front porch that overlooks the city park and perfect water view. The butler’s pantry has been turned into a simple kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge. WiFi and smart tv available, as well as washer/dryer. COVID-19 RESPONSE: We take pride in providing a safe, clean place for our guests. We have implemented additional cleaning measures and blocked 24 hours after each checkout to ensure time for a thorough cleaning of the space. In addition, we will require cleaning once per week for stays 7 days or longer. Additional charges may apply.
