Please note that is exclusively available for 1 guest and is located on the second floor (Walk-up). The space Thoughtful touches and amenities are included to make the most of your Santa Barbara getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugar. This newly renovated studio features a full bed, a 50” smart TV, and a dedicated workspace, creating a perfect blend of style and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and cooking essentials. The bathroom is designed with custom white tiles and a luxurious walk-in shower, complete with a waterfall showerhead. For the solo traveler seeking the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, the Rare Beach Studio offers effortless access to Santa Barbara’s most beloved attractions. Spend your days soaking up the sun, indulging in local cuisine and happy hour margaritas at Santo Mezcal, or unwinding on the private patio—all while immersed in the beauty of the California coast. Just steps away, the vibrant Funk Zone adds to the charm. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, is a beautiful little area with art galleries, wine tasting rooms, and lively eateries. Convenient bike rentals and the nearby Amtrak station make exploring even easier, whether you're strolling down State Street’s boutique-lined promenade or setting off on an unforgettable day trip to the Channel Islands or Santa Ynez wine country. Whether seeking tranquility or excitement, this prime location ensures a memorable getaway you'll want to relive again and again. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire unit including our shared garden on which the complex is built. While there is no designated parking for this studio, street parking in the neighborhood is generally accessible and plentiful. For your convenience, here are the parking restrictions: Bath Street: Unrestricted on weekends, except Wednesdays from 9 AM to Noon. Yanonali Street: Restricted only on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM for street cleaning. We also have other units in the building with their own reserved parking spaces. For stays of 7 nights or more, we’re happy to refresh and clean the apartment, including replenishing linens, bedding, and coffee pods. Our cleaning team is flexible—just let us know a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest. Additional cleanings are available upon request for an added fee. For monthly bookings, complimentary cleanings are included every two weeks. Other things to note Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. It’s a seamless, stress-free option for a quick coastal getaway, making us the perfect choice for your Santa Barbara stay.
