The Hygge vacation cottage on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei near Kappeln - enjoy the Baltic Sea and nature, many excursion options and activities for the whole family. The Schlei is located about 80 meters away, almost at the front door. Several rooms of the vacation home have a view of the water. Like the name of the cottage, the furnishings are Scandinavian and reflect the proximity to the sea and nature with their maritime touch. Hygge is the Danish-Norwegian word for coziness, comfort and comfort as a principle of life. The small, single vacation home exudes a warm, cozy atmosphere that invites you to cuddle on the comfortable sofa, to social game afternoons or to cozy cooking evenings. The beautiful wooden floor on the ground floor and upper floor exudes comfort. The open design of the living and dining area on the ground floor allows you to interact with everyone in the room while working in the kitchen. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows right in front of the dining table you can look at the large, green-lined terrace and the garden. You can have a wonderful extended breakfast here. To freshen up, the spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower invites you on the ground floor. The towel heater offers plenty of space. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor to the three bedrooms and a small bathroom with sink, toilet and a view of the Schleiblick. One room is equipped with a double bed with two 90 cm x 200 cm mattresses and one with two 80 cm x 200 cm mattresses. The third room has a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed and you look through the window into the greenery and onto the water. Storage space for clothes is available in the bedroom furniture and in the hallway closet upstairs. Each room has a window. In the warm half of the year you can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. An awning provides shade. Also behind the house you have the opportunity to put the terrace furniture and look into the greenery, to the Schlei and to the landmark of Kappeln, the Schleibrücke. It connects the Angeln and Schwansen regions. Several times a day you can see how it is folded up to let excursion and sailing boats pass on the Schlei. In the cold season, the small extension behind the house is an advantage, which is very practical as an entrance area, wardrobe, shoe rack and as a dog drying area. A large dog or two small dogs are welcome. However, we ask that you treat the wooden floor with care. The whole garden is fenced so that dogs can run and romp freely in the garden. There is room for two cars in the driveway. The landlords do not live on the premises. The greenery around the terrace provides privacy.
