Please be respectful of our neighbors! ** POOL:*Please Note/Pool Safety Alarms- All doors leading to the pool from inside the home are equipped with sound activated alarms that chime when the doors are opened. Please let us know if you would like to have them activated prior to arrival for additional pool and/or child safety. Thank you.* **If you would like to use the pool heater please let us know at least one day in advance for us to get it ready for you. We charge $45 per day for use of the pool heater. PETS:*Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using the waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing animals prior to arrival. SECURITY CAMERAS: *We have security cameras that record video and audio that are operational on the property in the outside areas, off the left side of the house. Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue* PARKING: Maximum of 10 cars only, unless authorized. Early check-in / Late check-out requests depend on availability and are subject to a $50 per hour fee. Please check with us first so we can confirm if possible :) **RV Parking is available on the property with prior notice and fee if hooking up to the home. HOUSE RULES: Please take care of the home as if it were your own. NO loud noise or parties are allowed without prior written authorization. NO NOISE or LOUD MUSIC allowed outside after 8 PM. We ask you to be respectful of our neighbors. Music should not be heard past the front gate at any time. No fireworks are allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Including hookahs, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking at all as this will result in a $500 fine. STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict no refund/no reschedule policy according to the cancellation policy set. No exceptions for any reason whatsoever without the purchase of travel insurance. If you have ANY concerns regarding the possibility of canceling or rescheduling for ANY reason, including but not limited to illness, accidents, family emergencies, Force Majeure, pandemics, federal, state or local travel restrictions, etc, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect you against ANY and ALL unforeseen events where you would need to cancel or reschedule. RULES & FAQs... GUEST COUNT - If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed at the property, no exceptions. MUSIC & SPEAKERS - The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. Violations. West Palm Beach is very strict with Airbnb guests. Their number one goal is to maintain the sanctity of the neighborhoods in which the locals live. We have a strict no outside music policy from 8PM-8AM and this is strictly enforced. If for any reason, there is a noise disturbance reported, all occupants will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. We just want to make you aware and ask that you please be abide by these requirements. SECURITY CAMERAS - *We have OUTDOOR security cameras that are operational in varies parts of the property specifically outside the main door, side entrance door and tennis court area. Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue. OUTSIDE VENDORS - Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys. PARKING - No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES. NO CONFETTI or GLITTER! - No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. - Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.
