We are located on a quiet street and only about 6 miles from town, grocery stores, and restaurants. We are about 30 miles from downtown Columbia! Guest will have the house all to themselves. They can relax on the lakeside deck, play in the sand, use the dock to kayak, swim, fish, and park their boat. Guest are welcome to anything that is not locked. This is our home so we have our personal items locked away. We appreciate our guests being respectful of our private spaces. We won’t be there while the guests are there; however, we will be available upon request. Our home is just a few miles from our small town of Chapin. In town there are many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping boutiques. Our town of Chapin is only about 30 miles from downtown Columbia. This is our home! We are happy to share it with your family. However, if you’re looking for a venue to host a large gathering, party, or event, then look elsewhere! The maximum number of guests is 12 total!
