Beautiful home on Lake Murray with extraordinary lake views! New hot tub! 4 BR,3 bath. The kitchen, dining, and living room with fire place have large picture windows. Relax on the large porch overlooking the lake. Bring your boat, or rent ours, enjoy our dock, kayaks, and play outdoor games. Our cove is great for swimming & fishing right from our dock. Located on a quiet street and only about 6 miles from town, grocery stores, and restaurants. We are about 30 miles from downtown Columbia! The space Guest will have the house all to themselves. They can relax on the lakeside deck, use the dock to kayak, swim, fish, and park their boat. We have large outdoor games like Corn Hole and Connect Four. Retreat sleeps 8 adults plus 4 children under the age of 5. Guest access Guest are welcome to anything that is not locked. This is our home so we have our personal items locked away. We appreciate our guests being respectful of our private spaces. Other things to note This is our home! We are happy to share it with your family. However, if you’re looking for a venue to host a larger gathering other than the 12 guests maximum, party, or event, then please look elsewhere! The maximum number of guests is 12 total = 8 adults plus 4 children under the age of 5! We prefer that the adult making the reservation be at least 25 years of age or have advanced approval from the host. Please include all adult guests on the reservation.
