The Oneida Lakeside Ambiance is a beautiful newly updated house right in the prime location on Oneida Lake. This clean and comfortable abode provides breath taking views and easy lake access. Let the kids enjoy the gaming area, while the adults have a cool beverage by the firepit watching the beautiful sunsets Oneida Lake has to offer. - Oneida Shores is a quick 5 min drive to launch your boat/jet ski's. - Syracuse is 20 mins away and offers many excellent restaurants and great entertainment. The space This is a year round lake front home on Oneida Lake with direct access to boating, swimming and fishing. We highly recommend you wear water shoes into the lake. There can be sharp rocks. This home has been completely updated to make it the most comfortable for you and your family's get away. The garage has been refinished from floor to ceiling and turned into a game room galore. There is a brand new mini-split for heating/cooling the garage, and we installed insulated doors to keep the heat in during the winter months. From May - September there will be Kayak's, life vests, dock access, lawn games and furniture available for use. We may be able to keep some items out longer (weather dependent). There is plenty of parking in the driveway, enough for 7 vehicles if needed. We do ask that you keep vehicles parked in the driveway as there is not much room on the road. Guest access You will have access to the entire house for your stay. During nicer months you will have access to an 88' dock with steps down into Oneida Lake. Other things to note Boats may be moored at our dock, but please do so at your own risk. Tie off's are at the dock posts as we do not have cleats (less stubbed toes). Please make sure to have plenty of bumpers and tie off ropes to properly secure your boat/ jet ski to the dock. There are steps at the end of the dock on the right side, so please only tie off to the left side of the dock.
