Excellent communication from Brad, highly recommend!" -Amy HOUSE DETAILS: ⁕⁕Bedrooms⁕⁕ Master Bedroom - Enjoy the large master bedroom with a king bed on the 2nd floor with a lounge chair , and newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are both freshly redone with each with a queen bed. The open bedroom is downstairs with 4 beds (3 full & 1 twin) that also has a kitchen, bathroom and sliding door out to the back deck. Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens, pillows and roku TV! ⁕⁕Bathrooms⁕⁕ There are 3 full bathrooms throughout the house. The 1st is an en-suite to the master bedroom. There is another full bathroom on the 2nd floor across from one of the other bedrooms. The last bathroom is downstairs conveniently located across from the open bed area. ⁕⁕Kitchens⁕⁕ There are 2 kitchens in the house. The main kitchen is in the open layout on the upper level that is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. The 2nd kitchen is downstairs with a stove, fridge, small sink, and plenty of cabinets stocked for your needs. ⁕⁕Game Room⁕⁕ Indulge yourself into game mode with shuffle board, Pop-A-Shot basketball, Darts, Foosball, Connect 4, Jenga, Pack-man or lounge and watch tv. The garage is fully insulated and heated/cooled to keep you comfortable any time of year. ⁕⁕Outdoors⁕⁕ Head out to the large firepit patio with 10 poly wood seats just steps from the lake. On the back deck there is a large propane grill & a large table with propane fire for ambiance. Check out the tote that holds: life jackets, corn hole, ladder toss & more! Out at the lake is an 88' long dock and a rack holding 4 kayak's with paddles. Guest access You will have access to the entire house for your stay. During nicer months you will have access to an 88' dock with steps down into Oneida Lake. Other things to note Boats may be moored at our dock, but please do so at your own risk. Tie off's are at the dock posts as we do not have cleats (less stubbed toes). Please make sure to have plenty of bumpers and tie off ropes to properly secure your boat/ jet ski to the dock. There are steps at the end of the dock on the right side, so please only tie off to the left side of the dock.
