Spacious loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville! This airy retreat with high ceilings and bohemian charm overlooks South Gay Street and the downtown city life below. When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! The space • 50-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattresses • Ready to cook in kitchen with basic spices and olive oil, pots, and pans. • Coffee with complimentary coffee/tea • Gym on the basement floor *2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 people): • 1st bedroom with a queen-size bed • 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed • Queen memory foam, fold-out floor mattress • 2 sofas that could sleep 1 guest each *1 bathroom Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft! Other things to note • There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken. • Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. •For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. •There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church.
