This beautiful condo, located just 2 minutes from Mont-Sainte-Anne and 35 minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix, is located in the Le Céleste complex. Ideal for sports enthusiasts – skiers, hikers, cyclists, fatbikers and golfers – this place invites you to live in the heart of the action! The space The condo, located on the ground floor, is easily accessible and has its own private terrace. It includes three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single bunk beds. There is also a well-appointed living area, including a kitchen, dining room, living room and two full bathrooms. After a busy day of outdoor activities, this is the perfect place to relax. The complex offers a large heated pool as well as several relaxation areas, both indoors and outdoors. For winter, various activities are available: skating rink, hiking trails, fatbike (locker on site), and of course, Le Massif ski resort, just 35 minutes away. A bicycle wash station (with hose) is located at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage. Parking is included! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and common facilities, both indoor and outdoor, which includes the heated pool. Other things to note Summer and winter, Mont-Sainte-Anne is full of diverse activities, from the base to the top! The Côte-de-Beaupré region also offers a wide range of activities, all close to Mont-Sainte-Anne. Bakery, café, pastry shop, microbrewery, vineyard and farms are nearby. Things to do nearby: Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking trails and in summer one of the best networks of mountain biking trails. What sets Mont Sainte-Anne apart is the variety of trails offered, where the most seasoned experts and beginner families alike will find their way. Cross-country, endurance, downhill biking, wave tracks, etc. The Route de la Nouvelle-France: The Route de la Nouvelle-France, connecting Old Quebec to Côte-de-Beaupré: first windmill (1651), first place of pilgrimage (Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré 1658), heritage houses and many other treasures. Canyon Ste-Anne: Impressive canyon carved into the 1.2 billion-year-old rock by the spectacular 74 m fall (higher than Niagara Falls). Cross 3 suspension bridges, one of which is 60 m long. Montmorency Falls Park: From the top of its 83 meters and 30 meters higher than the famous Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is spectacular in summer and winter.
