Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)! The space The BurgVilla is spread accross two floors with a large open living room / dinning room & kitchen as well as includes and additional downstairs apartment. Great for communal evenings with your friends and family. Two handmade sofas and 2 cozy wood burning stove create the center point in both the upstairs and down stairs as well as the beautiful sitting gallery. The 2 kitchens are new and you will find all amenities that you need. The large dining room table is perfect for family style dinners. On the 1st floor is a large bathroom with walk in shower and then also the master bedroom with a 200 X 200 bed. The hall way exits to a large terrace perfect for a sundowner or coffee in the morning sun. On the next floor there are two bedrooms as well as 1 batheroom/shower. The Downstairs apt has 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom & 1 living room) a kitchen and bathroom & shower. Come visit and enjoy your time at Adventure Bavaria's BurgVilla. Please note that the Burg Apartment has its own entrance and exit separate from the Burg Loft . Together we call them the BurgVilla when combined. The BurgVilla has plenty of room for the entire group to hangout, but one must exit the building and entire in another door to switch between the BurgLoft (Upstairs 2 stories) and the Burg Apartment (downstairs apartment) PLEASE NO JGA/BACHELOR PARTIES/PARTIES IN GENERAL. we are a great house for friends and family to BBQ, Relax, try some local beers ... we are not your apres ski, bachelor party till the break of dawn house ;). Bath towels we can gladly provide for a surcharge of 3 euro per towel. The Citytaxe is currently 1.50 euro per night per person over 18 years old and please pay in cash upon departure. There are wood burning ovens in the Burg Villa. It is however heated via central heating and each room has its own heater. If you would like to use the ovens you can gladly bring your own wood OR we can also provide wood for the weekend / week at a flat rate of 30 / 50 euro. Guest access You will have the entire house to your use. Please note parking is tight and we can fit 3 cars maximum for parking at the house. 250 meters away is the Florianiberg parkplatz with plenty of room. If you are more than 3 cars, we can gladly show where the additional free parking 250 meters away is. Unloading in front of the house for a quick stop is of course no problem. Other things to note *** Please no Parties, we are not a party house just with the neighborhood and proximity*** No JGA or Bachelor Parties. We think our house is great for family and friends wanting to enjoy a relaxed time in the mountains. We are not a party house, thank you for your understanding. ***When you join us at maximum capacity (15 guests) we just want you to know that 2 people will need to share a 140 bed. For couples and good friends or family it shouldn't be a problem.
