This beautifully landscaped property is one of a kind with heated indoor pool and views of the TX country life from the back yard and pool, and only 20 minutes from Kyle Field. The home’s layout of 6 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a game/entertainment center is spacious and comfortable and is the perfect place for a friend’s getaway, small family reunion or even a work retreat. The space This 1.25-acre escape features a 5-bedroom/3-bath southern home complete with heated 85-degree indoor swimming pool, Entertainement room with reclining chairs and a smart 75" Plasma TV along with snacks for provided for your enjoyment, the Living room also has seating on a very comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV with access to sports and different apps. The home features a large kitchen complete with island seating, granite counters, coffee bar with an expresso machine,12-cup coffeemaker and all of the important kitchen amenities (wine glasses, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices). The Pool is completely private and built in the house with access from living Room and two doors from the outside. the pool is heated at 85" and is completely enclosed with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with two doors to the pool and offers a King size bed, Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. there are bedrooms in front of the house that share a hall bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms are located in the on the side and share a bathroom but also have private sinks in the walk-in closet. The beds are super comfy and spacious, there are plenty of towels and all your basic needs will be provided for with welcoming details, as we strive to give you a five-star stay! Check-in (4:00pm unless otherwise discussed): Your front door entrance will be keypad coded to the last four digits of the phone number used at booking for convenience and ease. Your group can come and go as you please at check-in time, without the hassle of keys! Check-out (11am unless otherwise discussed): Checkout list is provided online and also on the kitchen counter on arrival. While this home sleeps 10, we do ask that your event does not exceed 40 guests at the peak time, UNLESS it has otherwise been agreed to with hosts! • This house is wheelchair accessible in the living areas and one great bedroom with attached bath (with walk-in shower). • No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on patio area. Guest access SplashofSouthern is located in the country down a gravel dirt road on 1.25 acres with a view of cow pastures and trees surrounding the house. The house does have neighbors on both sides, but both are very quiet and keep to themselves. Other things to note "Splashofelegance" is located down a dirt road that reads "cedar Ridge" off of Dick Elliot. Parking is free and guest are welcome to park on the cement parking area.
