Pacific Pearl - Stunning, Clean, Spacious!

Pacific Pearl is a wonderful vacation home. This home accommodates four couples very easily, and the quiet neighborhood and close walk to the beach is perfect. A sweeping view with cool ocean breezes. Our massive cathedral windows reveal the Pacific Ocean. The space You'll love how clean and spacious Pacific Pearl Beach House is. We are Airbnb superhosts with a 4.95 average rating. And why is that? We own our own home. We are hands-on, and care deeply! Message me if you have stayed with us previously (those with children). We are moving away from hosting young families, as we have safety concerns for little ones due to physical features of the house, including balconies, low windows, and stairs. Note: We will set you up with some dishwasher / laundry pods, as well as two rolls of soft TP per bathroom. We will get you started! This home has been described as “perfect” with two complete living room spaces and two SmartTVs. Plenty of seating is available at the huge oak dining table, for eating or for work and meetings. Film on tops of windows and aircon are here to keep you comfy and cool. We have an additional unit upstairs in case you need to blast Grandpa with cold air fast. Converted garage with a foosball and ping pong table. Chinook Winds Casino is minutes away, and so are a multitude of restaurants and beach shops. Security cameras are on outside doors and parking, for your protection and ours. Do not obscure or disable. For 2026, we provide large containers of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom under the sink, in case you forget yours from home. You're welcome to use them! Book early--we fill up fast owing to our Superhost and Top 5% status! Guest access You have the entire house (nearly 2200 square feet) with two entrances - one through the garage (with game room, including ping pong and foosball) and one via the upstairs. Other things to note NO weddings, parties, or functions at this home. Airbnb has strict rules about this. ONLY the people renting may use the home, approved and listed in Airbnb. NO extra guests. Also, if you note that you have eight adults coming to stay, that does not mean five adults and three children. Be specific. Two dogs maximum, and please let us know as we schedule a longer clean on the home. No cats or other types of pets. Allowing dogs is extra work--and we all need to work together so we can continue allowing our canine friends! If you have allergies to dogs, this is not a place you should stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Between deer outside (leading dogs on the chase) and permanent residents who don't welcome dogs in their yards, that must be a priority. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED IN LINCOLN CITY. The possession and use is prohibited everywhere within the City of Lincoln City, including all private and public property. Violators will be fined. This includes sparklers and novelty devices. No smoking/vaping tobacco or cannabis, etc. anywhere on the premises. BBQ available June through early September only. Upon check out, please take out ALL GARBAGE and dispose in our garbage cans. Day of check out, wash and dry a load of towels. Recycling: put cans and bottles inside the garage, near the exit door. NO plastic bottles and cans in trash. Leave them by garage door, and green bags are on the dryer downstairs.
