The unit offers 2 bedrooms, master with king bed and stunning ocean views and the second bedroom has 2 king single beds. The bright and comfortable living room offers smart TV and free Wi-Fi and opens out onto a covered beachfront patio, offering stunning ocean views and refreshing breezes. Check the surf, whale watch in winter or just enjoy the stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets, from your own private sanctuary. There is also a lovely sunroom which can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters to ensure comfort on the rare windy day! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need on holidays including dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave. There is a full size bathroom with shower and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom and second bedroom, and you can usually expect a a lovely refreshing ocean breeze in the master bedroom. Diamond Place is a private complex set back from the road, and is only 50m from the patrolled section of the beach. The unit is walking distance to Tugun Village which hosts a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants, food store, medical centre, church and bakeries. The local tavern and surf club are also close enough to walk to, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner including a well stocked bottle shop at the tavern Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
