The open-plan living area is designed for relaxed holiday living, complete with Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct access to the covered beachfront patio — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the surf roll in or take in spectacular Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets. A lovely sunroom provides an additional space to relax and can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters for comfort on cooler or windy days. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for an easy holiday stay, including a dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave, along with ample storage and preparation space. Additional features include a full-sized bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for one car. There are ceiling fans in the living area and second bedroom, and you can usually expect a a lovely refreshing ocean breeze in the main bedroom. Set within a private beachfront complex tucked back from the road, Diamond Place 1 is located just 50 metres from the patrolled section of the beach, making it an ideal choice for a relaxed seaside getaway. The apartment is also within walking distance of Tugun Village, where you’ll find a great selection of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and local services. The nearby tavern and surf club are also an easy stroll away, perfect for casual lunches, dinners or sunset drinks by the beach. During the winter migration season, you may even spot whales passing by from the comfort of your patio. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
