Come and stay in the large JEPATAN gîte, with family or friends, in the village of GOULAPIE gîtes. You will be welcomed all year round, to experience friendly moments, parties and relaxation. In the heart of Auvergne, the cottage is located in the Parc du Livradois-Forez and next to Issoire. Nearby: the most beautiful villages in France, rivers, lakes, cultural activities, sports, hiking trails from the cottage. Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km). On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a heater (1 child's space) - two bathrooms/toilets - three bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds (possibility of bringing them together to make large beds) - one bedroom with a 90 cm bed and an extra child's bed On the garden level: - a bathroom/toilet/washing machine - a private billiard and ping pong activity room It has central wood pellet heating Upon request, baby equipment is available: bed, highchair, changing table, bathtub. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included. On the other hand: shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are not provided. Common area: the 7000 m2 unenclosed garden with views of the Auvergne Mountains, wooded, with a small children's playground.
