The space Set on 2.5 private acres, the outdoor spaces are the heart of Woody Creek Retreat. The 40x20 saltwater pool and hot tub anchor a sprawling backyard designed for long, lazy days - loungers, shaded seating under mature trees, a wood-burning pizza oven (bring your own wood), a propane fire table on the covered deck, and a full outdoor pool bathroom so no one has to trek inside. Views of Mt. St. Helena out front, vineyards at the back. When the sun goes down, the covered deck takes over - cozy seating, the fire table, and some of the best sunrise and moonrise views in the area. Up the hill, a propane fire pit with open seating offers some of the best views on the property - a perfect spot to end the evening. Inside, the chef's kitchen anchors the main living area - Wolf range, a full bar setup, and a dining table that seats 10. The indoor fireplace and multiple living spaces give the group plenty of room to spread out or come together. A home gym with a Peloton, free weights, and integrated audio keeps the active ones happy. The whole home runs on a complete water filtration, UV sanitization, and reverse osmosis system - the water here tastes as good as the wine. Traveling with kids? The home has toys, books, a pack n' play, high chair, and baby bathtub ready to go. An EV charger is included for guests. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 9 adults per Sonoma County short-term rental regulations. Families traveling with up to 3 infants are welcome, bringing the total to 12. You have access to the entire house, garage, and all 2.5 acres of the property. Three interior closets and the pool shed are locked for personal storage. Outdoor fire: Two fire spots on the property - a propane fire table on the covered deck, and a propane fire pit at the top of the hill with seating and open views. Both are available for guest use. Per Sonoma County regulations, open wood-burning fires are not permitted. Pizza oven: The wood-burning pizza oven is available but requires prior arrangement - please inquire before booking or at least 48 hours in advance. We'll let you know the right type of wood to pick up and make sure utensils are ready for you. Pool and hot tub: The hot tub is available year-round at no extra charge - simply use the control pad next to the pool to heat it. Pool heating is available from mid-April through mid-October for $200 per day. Given the size of our pool and the propane required to bring it to temperature, this reflects our actual cost.
