Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment. The space Situated right on Crooked River. Access to boat dock next door. 3 bedroom and 2 bath. No cable, but there is a Roku. Propane grill available. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note Boat rentals available near by at Ryde and Windjammer. Fun wineries to visit. Unique shops in both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Local Bakery in Alanson
