This gorgeous gated home is tucked away in nature’s splendor; big beautiful oak trees, a year-round creek and oversized granite boulders. A perfect place for a weekend family getaway or longer. Complete with 2 master suites on opposite ends of the house, a downstairs pool room that opens to a beautiful pool and outdoor living area, a designer kitchen with modern amenities and an attached patio with outdoor bbq. Make yourself at home in nature. No matter where you go on this property, you are nestled in a private space with Large Surrounding Oak trees and huge granite boulders. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the trickling creek or relax under the shade of the trees. With a view of surrounding greenery from every window, it feels like you’re living in a very large treehouse. The comfy downstairs tv room gives the feeling you’re in a cave. Every bedroom has top of the line mattresses and bedding. Two of the 5 bedrooms are master suites, one with a Tempur-Pedic King bed, and the other with two queens and a tucked away twin bed in a private area. The other 3 rooms have comfortable queen sized beds. Enjoy our fully stocked home & kitchen and pack just your necessities for a comfortable stay. Our guests will have a gate code upon arrival to have full house access. The driveway has plenty of space for multiple cars. The only part of the home that will be closed off is the garage. This is a residential area so we follow a strict noise ordinance. No outside noise will be permitted past 10 p.m. This is a home suited for 2 families to enjoy a staycation in a serene setting. This is not a party house or suited for anymore then 11 guests. Check in is no earlier then 3, and checkout is at 11. Our house cleaners have 4 hours to flip the home so please do not arrive early or leave late. We are just a text or phone call away with any needs or concerns regarding your stay at our house. If something needs fixed, a handyman will be over shortly & our co-host will be in town to oversee any problems should there be one. Close to Amazing hiking trails, & just 1 mile Walk to Folsom Lake & and an hour from Donnor Lake/Tahoe, this is the perfect location for outdoor adventure. Take a short walk across the street to enjoy The Flower Farm, a local favorite coffee & brunch spot, Or Casque winery for an evening of wine tasting and live music. Our home is in the heart of beautiful country living, surrounded by horse farms, fresh produce stands and pumpkin or Christmas tree farms depending when you visit. Take a short 8-mile drive to beautiful historic Auburn for more dining/coffee shop options, or Roseville for more mainstream shopping and dining. Enjoy country driving at its finest. Beautiful rolling hills & plenty of countryside to see, make sure you take a drive to explore the surrounding areas. Our driveway has plenty of space to accommodate our guests, so parking will never be an issue. We are happy to allow you to use our home for a gathering or small party or private wedding. However, there will be an additional rental fee for extra party guests that exceed the 11 maximum staying at the house. While we are happy to have our guests enjoy a good time, smoking or vaping indoors are strictly prohibited as well as any form of drug use. If any remnants of such activities (including smell) is left in the home, we will report to Airbnb & an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Also, please refrain from using strong cooking oils that will cause a strong potent smell in the house. Use of oils will be charged an extra cleaning fee. PETS: We welcome dogs only and let us know if you plan to bring one. For one dog, please pay the $95 fee upon booking. If you want to bring two, the fee is $150 and the added charge will be requested separately upon arrival.
