During warmer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), you'll love the outdoor space to play: a sparkling saltwater pool and poolside tiki bar. Bed & Bath Breakdown: Primary Suite (Main Floor):King Bed, full bath (walk-in shower & separate tub/shower), and laundry. Upstairs: Three bedrooms (4 beds) share a full bath with a claw-foot tub and rain-head shower. Extras: Main floor includes a trundle twin bed, two sofa beds, and a half-bath. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access & Seasonal Amenities Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire two-story colonial home, including all listed rooms and grounds. Please Note: The following areas are strictly off-limits for guest use: the barn, garage, basement, and primary closets. Seasonal Features: Saltwater Pool & Poolside Tiki Bar: Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hot Tub: Available seasonally from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Easy Entry:There are only 2 single steps required to enter the first floor from the front circle drive. Window Operation: For safety and maintenance, please note that some windows inside the home do not operate and should not be forced. The windows in the Pub B area, however, are fine to open. Non-Working Fireplaces:Please note that both indoor fireplaces are currently not in working order and cannot be used by guests.
