Our kitchen is stocked with basic cooking tools and features a 6 gas burner cook top and double wall ovens with convection and air fry capabilities. Between the bar seating around the island and our large dining table with comfortable seating for 8, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy cooking and eating meals together. On the side of the kitchen is our living room with a large comfy sectional couch and a flat screen tv with local cable channels and an amazon fire stick so guests can enjoy any of the same streaming services they watch at home. The Bose soundbar is connected to the TV but is also bluetooth connectable so guests can pair and listen to music from any bluetooth-capable device. We also have a half bathroom on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer which are complimentary for guests to use. Moving upstairs via one of our two staircases, we have four bedrooms with new, comfortable beds. Two bedrooms feature skylight windows and all bedrooms are equipped with room-darkening window shades. Each bedroom also has a closet with hangers and three of the bedrooms also have dressers. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs. The primary upstairs bath boasts a large rainfall shower, a double vanity, and a stand-alone bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. This is a single family home and the whole place is yours while you're here. I will stay out of the way while you're visiting, but will be available through the app and happy to answer any questions. Someone may come by the house just to bring the trash/recycling bins from the back yard to the curb out front for pickup. Set at the end of a quiet dead-end street, a few blocks from Church Street, right at the edge of downtown Burlington. Our neighbors are a mix of students and families and we enjoy all the perks of being in a residential neighborhood AND the convenience of being walking-distance to the lake, the Church St Marketplace, and the colleges. We have three off-street parking spaces on the property, as well as easy street parking and a parking garage 0.2 miles away. The Green Mountain Transit bus station is 0.3 miles away. We have Uber and Lyft in Burlington as well as several local cab companies, all of which serve folks traveling around town and to/from our local international airport (BTV), 3.5 miles away. There are bike lanes in many streets and a great bike path along beautiful Lake Champlain.
