Recharge and unwind in this tranquil single family home, one block north of Downtown Burlington. Recently renovated, our home boasts a chef's kitchen, thoughtful amenities, and spacious common areas. This place is clean and quiet, on a dead-end street - offering the perfect haven for you and your companions to relax - yet just steps from Church Street and everything Burlington has to offer. Our guests enjoy a convenient and upscale experience, with the privacy and comfort of an entire home. The space Our main entrance from the driveway comes through the back door and into the beautiful chef's kitchen with open dining room attached. Our kitchen is stocked with basic cooking tools and features a 6 gas burner cook top and double wall ovens with convection and air fry capabilities. Between the bar seating around the island and our large dining table with comfortable seating for 8, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy cooking and eating meals together. On the side of the kitchen is our living room with a large comfy sectional couch and a flat screen tv with local cable channels and an amazon fire stick so guests can enjoy any of the same streaming services they watch at home. The Bose soundbar is connected to the TV but is also bluetooth connectable so guests can pair and listen to music from any bluetooth-capable device. We also have a half bathroom on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer which are complimentary for guests to use. Moving upstairs via one of our two staircases, we have four bedrooms with new, comfortable beds. Two bedrooms feature skylight windows and all bedrooms are equipped with room-darkening window shades. Each bedroom also has a closet with hangers and three of the bedrooms also have dressers. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs. The primary upstairs bath boasts a large rainfall shower, a double vanity, and a stand-alone bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak.
