It is located right on the beach in the area called Playa Chica which is just the central part of Playa de Las Canteras. The space The apartment has: One bedroom with a king size bed that can be folded (sheets and comforters) A glass terrace. Living room with 150x200 sofa bed for 2 people. Smart TV. FREE Fiber Optic WIFI Very well equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, minipimer) Bathroom with shower (towels, hair dryer). And we also provide towels for the beach. It is a private apartment in a modern private property building with elevator and doorman service that takes care of garbage collection. In the apartment you will have 2 sets of sheets and towels. But if you prefer, we can do the cleaning, and change of sheets and towels once a week for €40. This unit is officially registered as “Vacation Home”. Guest access The apartment is located in a very attractive area with wide offer of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies… Las Arenas shopping center is the most important in the city and is only a 15-minute walk away. Las Canteras is one of the most attractive urban beaches in the world. It can be enjoyed year-round thanks to its mild climate. It is a cove of more than 3 km of fine golden sand and crystal clear waters, largely protected from the onslaught by a natural reef bar that allows you to enjoy the sea and dive with total tranquility. In this area there is great variety and abundance of fish. On the other hand, in the open area you can surf. There are many surf schools, paddle surfing, and diving schools. The beach of La Canteras also has an excellent cleaning service. It has the Blue Flag of the European Union's Blue Flag On the avenue itself there are several playgrounds, a municipal library and the Alfredo Kraus music auditorium. If you want to hike around the island, there are rental car companies in the area, and in addition the bus station is about 15’ walking, next to El Muelle shopping center. To tour the city there is municipal bicycle service. And taxi cabs taxi cabs which are pretty reasonable priced. If you wish to transfer to and from the airport and let us know in advance, we can arrange it with taxi drivers of our trust.
