The Villa is a new build in a modern style. It is located in Monsummano Terme (Pistoia), about 1 km away from the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, bars, restaurants,...). Perfect for spending a quiet holiday in the Tuscan countryside, but also for those who want to visit the cities of art such as Florence, Lucca. Pisa, Siena, Vinci or the Versilia sea and visit cities such as Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio,... The space The Villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor accessible to disabled, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, independent heating and air conditioning; all to accomodate up to 13 people. On the ground floor we have a well equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, bar with fridge and icemaker, satellite TV. From here you access an outdoor area used as a living/dining area and where you can find a barbecue. In the spa area we have an indoor heated hydromassage with panoramic views of the outside, sauna, turkish bath, 2 heated relax beds, 2 changing rooms with toilet and showers. From here with an elevator you can access the upper floor where there is a fitness/gym area. The Villa has independent heating and air conditionig in each room. It is possible to access the Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors. Outside we have an "L" shaped pool (size 7 m x 11 m + 4 m x 5,30 m), equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and garden forniture. The Villa is surrounded on 4 sides by a private garden. Independent entrance and a large parking area equipped with an electric car charging station. Other things to note Included in the price: supply of bedroom, bathroom and pool towels; house, garden, swimming pool maintenance; use of hydromassage; available 3 cots and 2 high chairs.
