The kitchen has been recently upgraded to ensure a delightful cooking experience. Our three generously sized bedrooms, including a king and two queens, offer a cozy retreat. The master bedroom boasts a newly tiled bathroom floor, a rejuvenating shower, and a large free-standing tub for ultimate relaxation. Situated within 1-2 miles of public boat launches for Keuka, Waneta, and Lamoka Lakes, our home is a haven for water enthusiasts. Additionally, we're conveniently located within one mile of the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and 1-2 miles from five wineries, a distillery, and a charming lakeside restaurant. A short 15-30 minute drive opens up a world of possibilities, including numerous wineries, distilleries, breweries, the Corning Museum of Glass, the Glenn Curtiss Museum of Aviation, Watkins Glen State Park, and Watkins Glen Raceway. For those seeking extra space, we offer an additional room on the ground floor for an added fee. This space includes a bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, and outdoor access.
