Arrowhead Basement Suite

The space is a basement suite with a private entrance and two bedrooms, if needed. One is a studio type room with a 82”TV and the other a private bedroom with a smaller tv. We also have an Alexa which can be unplugged if you are uncomfortable. We do not have a kitchen but do provide a kitchenette that includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge. If you require 2 bedrooms the fee for the 2nd bedroom is an additional $40. The space You will not be sharing any spaces with us or other guests. The basement suite is a nice bright, private space with windows. It is closed off by a door that is dead bolted for your privacy. You have your own separate entrance. Occasionally, you will hear footsteps and the murmur of voices as we live on the main floor. We do get up around 4 am on weekdays for work, so if you're a light sleeper you may hear us. Most people do not. We do not accept children under 13 years old. Parking is limited to one car; larger vehicles need to park on the street. Guest access You have access to 1 bedroom unless you pay for 2 bedrooms. We do not accept children under 13 years old. Parking is limited to one small to midsize car. Larger vehicles need to park on the street. During your stay We enjoy meeting our guests as we live on the main floor but respect your desire for privacy. If there are any issues, just let us know! We are also happy to give recommendations for dining, outdoor activities, or other interests. Other things to note This space does not have a full kitchen. You and your guests will have the entire unit to yourself. The rental has 2 bedrooms, however you must pay an additional $40 if you would like to use the second bedroom.
