Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Charging electric vehicles on the premises is not permitted. 🔌 Electricity A fixed rate of 40 kWh per day is included. Any excess is considered misuse. You will then be informed and charged €0.26 per kWh upon your departure. 🎥 Security & peace and quiet There is a video surveillance system only in the car park and at the entrance. The villa is located in a quiet residential area: respect for the neighbourhood and noise levels is essential. 👥 Capacity & guests The number of guests must be specified when booking. The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 people, both during the day and at night 🐾 Pets Please indicate the correct number of pets when you book. ✨ Spirit of the place This villa is a place for relaxation and conviviality. It is not suitable for events or parties. Respect for the property and the neighbourhood ensures a pleasant stay for everyone. ⚠️ Cancellation policy All bookings made are firm and final. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given for any reason. In case of doubt or unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when you make your booking. Without this insurance, no refund request can be accepted.
