MAIN DESCRIPTION In the nearby of the white sand beaches Lo Squalo, the Pellicano and Pittulongu, known in the area for small restaurant kiosks where you can taste the typical sea food of the area, Bellosguardo includes three accommodations located in the homonymous residential complex. The apartments are arranged ground floor / first floor and have beautiful sea view, private parking, covered outdoor veranda, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa, for a total of 4 beds each. Among the amenities available: wi-fi, washing machine, veranda, dishwasher, reserved parking space, 80 meters away from the sea. The beaches of Lo Squalo, Pellicano and Pittulongu are about 2 minutes away by car. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Bellosguardo 8 apartment is located on the first floor and has a small and welcoming 15sq. m covered veranda: here you can relax and enjoy an enchanting panorama, the view ranges from the island of Tavolara to the promontory of Golfo degli Aranci. The covered veranda has a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs. The accommodation, well finished and with typical wooden ceilings, has comfortable spaces to host 4 guests: the living room has a dining table and a relaxation area with Tv and sofa, a kitchenette with fridge / freezer, little oven, dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double room with exit into the balcony and panoramic view, a double room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available for the accommodation. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
