Villa L1 was complete in June 2019 and sits close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. It is a fine example of contemporary architecture and sustainability. The villa is placed next to the liquid element, which wraps around the front facade. Thus, with the use of large glass surfaces on the three sides, a visual relationship between the liquid element, the ground floor areas, and the external spaces is achieved. The space Featured prominently in the September 2024 issue of Greece's esteemed architectural publication, Ktirio, this villa stands out for its contemporary design crafted by a renowned architect from California. Noteworthy for its innovative use of eco-friendly construction materials, the villa is subjected to a comprehensive spatial analysis outlined below. The visitor is invited to experience the transparency of the building and the brightness of the ground-floor spaces throughout the day. At sunrise and until midday, the lounge area and the dining room are bathed in light, and the pool's wet element is reflected on the glass surfaces. From the afternoon to sunset, the ground-floor areas and the bedrooms are dressed in shades of orange and purple. During the evening, the visitor will experience the aspects of an illuminated transparent building. The materiality of the building is determined by a composition of white tones, Egyptian and Greek marble, and granite floors. The result is a long-lasting luxury texture that stimulates the inhabitant to visually explore every spatial aspect of the villa. The building has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor the visitor will come across an easily accessible bedroom with two single beds and a common bathroom. By opening the sliding window elements, the living room is visually extended to the outdoor dining area and the garden. On the first floor the visitor will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room extends into a small living area with a glass floor just above the pool. Next to the master bedroom there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a common bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the Agioi Apostoloi Park. All the rooms are equipped with televisions and fast Wi-Fi, while the living area is equipped with a 55'' 4K HDR satellite TV with a Netflix subscription. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, as well as the necessary accessories for meal preparation. On the ground floor there is also a washer-dryer. The four bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests and 1- 2 infants. With the addition of extra beds in a space chosen by the visitor, it is possible to accommodate up to 10 guests and 1-2 infants.
