Charming Boschetto Studio, Rome

Fantastic apartment in the Monti district. The studio is located on the ground floor of a 16th century building renovated in the 19th century; the access is through a nice common courtyard, containing an ancient Roman fountain. The place is very quiet, the small courtyard where the apartment is located is very quiet. To feel at home.....the cozy interiors, in harmony with the history of the building and furnished in a modern style with warm colors, make the interior comfortable and familiar! Boschetto Studio in located in the heart of Rome in an area called "Rione Monti", the oldest Roman Rione, near to the most important monuments such as the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, the Roman and Imperial Fora, all within 5 minutes on foot.The nearest metro station is called Cavour and is 300 metres from the building and the little electrical bus going to Piazza di Spagna or Piazza del Popolo is 50 mt away. The area is full of traditional Roman restaurants, in addition to Indian, Japanese and various cuisines. Many very nice wine bars and pizzerias are also to be found all around. -The flat is situated on the ground floor of a 4 floor 16th century building. Access is through an atmospheric courtyard containing an ancient Roman fountain. -The apartment is composed of one large studio incorporating a kitchen, transformable bed and living area, a bathroom and another small room. -The studio is equipped with a modern and welcoming furniture style, all watched over by an elegant original 16th century wooden ceiling. The interiors are finely decorated according to the rules of environmentally friendly architecture. -The place is very quiet and the small courtyard very peaceful, and the neighbours are too.- -It is possible to have another single fold out bed only for children. This 3rd bed can be set up in the same main room or in the secondary room . -The rate includes first cleaning, bed linen, towels and something for breakfast (coffee, milk and home made biscuits) and the pantry is complete with olive oil, salt and spices etc. -Check in time : from 3.00 pm if other guests are checking out. Other times on demand. -Check out before 10.00 am -Extra Check in: -after 20:00 (08.00 pm) there is an extra fee of 20,00 €. -after 22:00 (10.00 pm) there is an extra fee of 30,00 €. -after 23:00 (12.00 pm) and public holidays and Sunday there is an extra fee of 40,00 €.
