haus-daxberg Endless forests, 🌲 mighty ridges, ⛰️ and gentle hills, small mountain lakes - that's the Bavarian Forest 🌳🌲 Surrounded by the picturesque Bavarian landscape, far from mass tourism and traffic noise, you can expect an untouched nature, no noise, no cars - but a lot of kindness and leisure. Our house is located at 900 meters above sea level right on the edge of the forest. At the house is an 11 KW charging station (type 2) for electric vehicles (please reserve) The space Our spacious & fully equipped apartment for max 6 people is located at an altitude of 900 meters in a direct forest location with panoramic views of the mountains & forests of the Bavarian Forest. A charging station for electric vehicles is right by the house. A bedroom/living room with a cozy fireplace, a separate kitchen with modern built-in appliances await you. Dishwasher, another separate room with bunk bed & single bed, bathroom with bathtub & shower & washing machine, free Internet and TV On request, we like to put an extra mattress in the apartment, you can then stay with 6 people. Optionally we offer a breakfast service or even just a mere semi service. You can find out details on request :) Guest access Each of our apartments has its own private access with separate keys for the house and apartment doors. If your arrival time is outside the usual times, we will leave you the key in a key safe by arrangement. Other things to note Directly at the house is an 11 KW wallbox for electric vehicles. We currently charge €0.65/kWh for the kW/h between 5:00 pm and 10:00 am. Between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, we charge €0.52/kw/h We are partners in the Bavarian Forest holiday region. With our guest card you will receive free and discounted offers throughout the holiday area so that you can enjoy a great, varied and unforgettable holiday with us. Drinks are available on request (mineral water, juices, beer) The use of washer & Dryer is possible at a fee. In the area you will find endless opportunities for leisure activities. Hiking trails start directly at the house. In Spiegelau, 3 km away, you will find the newly designed spa park with water playgrounds as well as one of the largest forest playgrounds in the Bavarian Forest. In winter, the famous Bavarian Forest trail is located in Spiegelau, an absolute highlight for every winter sports fan. In a ZDF survey of the most popular destinations in Germany, the Great Rachel with its 1,453 meters in the mountain category was in first place! The highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest National Park can now officially be called the "Most Popular Mountain in Germany".
