Description
On the edge of Exmoor with views of the sea, Bramble Cottage is in a peaceful and beautiful location. It is within easy access to the glorious North Devon beaches and Exmoor is on the doorstep. A short drive can avail you of almost any activity you could want - hiking, biking, surfing, coasteering, golf, horse riding, shopping, relaxing, ice creams, Michelin star food to name just a few...during the school holidays the minimum stay is 7 nights and the changeover day is Saturday.. The space Bramble Cottage is part of a smallholding set in 7 acres. The cottage has two bedrooms, a family bathroom, lounge, and kitchen. There is underfloor heating throughout downstairs and a log burner in the lounge for cosy evenings. There is a small courtyard outside the property and there is more garden space available within the grounds with tables and chairs and a BBQ. Bramble Cottage would be perfect for a couple or two, or a family of 4 or 5. It is usually a 7-night minimum stay in the main holidays - Easter, May, summer, and October half-term and 2 nights at other times. The cottage is next to the goat barn and yard and some parts of the cottage layout are a little quirky. The kitchen and lounge are separated by a few stairs up and down. If you are keen on being close to animals in a farm environment this is the place for you. You can get as hands on with the animals as you would like. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage, courtyard and the garden area across the lane. They can visit the animals with one of the owners present. Other things to note It is a smallholding so there are animals around. Please don't feed the animals and visiting the animals should be done with the owner.
