The space This Cozy Beach Cottage has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and its own private yard and entrance. Located in sunny Pacific Beach we are walking & biking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, beach, and bay! There is a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, stove/oven, refrigerator, and all your kitchen basic essentials. Cozy living room with games, books, and Smart TV (no cable). Our private outdoor area is fully fenced with a shaded dining area and a separate lounge area. You can even enjoy the Sea World fireworks from the patio! Beach cruisers are provided for you and are the best way to cruise around Pacific Beach! This place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is plenty of street parking if you are traveling by car. Most everything is within walking distance, there is bus transportation nearby, and Uber/Lyft. We are on one of the main roads in and out of the beach area so there is some traffic noise but it also makes us very walkable to lots to do! Beaches/Boardwalk – The beach/Pacific Ocean is 1.5 miles directly West. (7 min bike ride/approx. 34 min walk) Mission Bay is 0.9 miles South. (5 min bike ride, approx. 20 min walk.) The boardwalk/bike path goes around the bay and wraps around continuing along the beach/ocean side. Airport - We are 8.6 miles from the San Diego International Airport.
