And a double sofa bed (with an additional regular king size mattress provided) in the living room area. The space One room which is the living room, dining room and kitchen full of natural light. A family bathroom with shower, toilet and two wash basins. Two bedrooms, one ensuite and the other with a double bunk bed and single foldable bed. The kitchen comes with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. All plates, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. Please note, this is a prime Central London location where space is at a premium. The entire unit is 75m2 area. If you require more space, you may find larger units for a similar price slightly outside of the city centre. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire flat. Getting to and from the flat will be by using the communal lifts and corridors leading up to the flat. Other things to note This flat is suitable to 7 adults and 2 children maximum. This flat is NOT suitable for 9 adults or 8 adults and 1 child. The top bunk in the second bedroom has a maximum capacity of 90Kg. So it's suitable for 1 adult or 2 children under 12 years old. The flat does contain stairs (20 steps in total) so it's not suitable for babies and people with mobility needs.
