Welcome to our cozy 4-story building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio apartments. Each apartment is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and full kitchen. Spread across 3 levels of the building, we have 4 studio apartments on each level. On the 4th level, you can access the roof deck, where you can enjoy the bar area, comfortable rocking chairs, and tables all around. The space You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out couch, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect for single people or couples traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Located in the middle of Helen, it is an easy walk to the river, tubing, and the Helen Festhalle. It has no elevator, only stairs, but all guests are welcome to use the 4th floor roof deck. This deck provides a great view of the city and is a great spot to take in some fresh air or even watch the sunset. Guests staying at The Regensburg can access this space any time they like, but they should be aware that due to its elevation, it is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note • As much as we love to accommodate pets, however, pets are not allowed on the property; only service animals are permitted. • The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $1,500.00 in damages done to the property. • Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest. • All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Mountain Gateway Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to the check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and the arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process. • All studios are supplied with essentials for the first night and first morning to allow you time to shop for any needed essentials in one of the many locations throughout Helen. • City-wide quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Please be considerate while using the roof deck and within the halls at all times, but especially between those hours. • We will attempt to accommodate any suite changes based on availability, time between your request and check-in, and use of the suite and its furnishings. We will not be able to accommodate any changes if cleaning of the room is required. We can only make changes to suites within this property. • Due to the limited parking, we are only able to offer one parking permit per reservation.
