Apartment located in the center of Madrid, a few meters from Puerta del Sol and the Teatro Real. It is very well connected with public transport and very close to the main points of interest in the city. The apartment is very bright and has a very careful aesthetic. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living/dining room. It has capacity for 2 people. The apartment has AC and heating The space This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Guest access The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen - Washer - Natural light - Intercom - Hangers in closets - Linens & 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - Property Guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Work is currently underway in the apartment for the installation of an elevator in the building. There may be some disruption and noise, but we expect it to be minimal. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
