ALL guests will have access to both the leisure area of the condominium itself and the largest and best water park in Caldas Novas: The "DIROMA ACQUA PARK/SPLASH" (42,000 m² of leisure area), which is LITERALLY NEXT TO the building. All of this at no additional cost. MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF THE 5TH GUEST IS A CHILD UNDER 2 YEARS OLD. It has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra single mattress. Voltage: 220v. *BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PAID SEPARATELY. NO STOVE ALLOWED!!! The space ***ACCORDING TO ART. 82 OF THE ECA (CHILD AND ADOLESCENT STATUTE) THE ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED OR AUTHORIZED BY PARENTS OR GUARDIANS. IN CASE OF AUTHORIZATION, THIS MUST BE FORMALIZED AND SIGNED WITH A SIGNATURE RECOGNIZED IN A NOTARY'S OFFICE. WE ALSO INFORM YOU THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT OF ALL GUESTS AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. The Spazzio Diroma Condominium has a garage for a car, swimming pools(heated), restaurant, bar, playroom, games room, gym and mom's cup. ***IT IS ONLY CHARGED AT CHECK IN, COMMON USE FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF R$5.00 PER PERSON(ANY AGE), PAID DIRERAMENT TO THE CONDOMINIUM. The apt has a queen bed, 1 single bed and an extra single quilt. Air conditioning. We also have a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, water purifier, plates, glasses and cutlery. The differential of those who stay in our apartment, is that they will have access to both the leisure area of the building itself, as well as the "Diroma Acqua Park" next door. Just to give you an idea, the ticket price for those who are not staying is R$140.00 per person per day. However our guests do not pay at all. OBS: The "DIROMA ACQUA PARK" encompasses 3 water parks: ACQUA PARK, SPLASH and SLIDE. All within the same complex. The opening hours work as follows: From 08h to 17h(can remain until 6 pm) works the "Acqua Park" and "Splash". From 08:00 to 8:00 pm the "Slide" works. From 7 to 11:30pm has bingo and seresta in the Slide Park. NOTE: The "DIROMA ACQUA PARK(SPLASH/ SLIDE)" CLOSES ON THURSDAYS for maintenance, except in January and July and also on holidays. MEAL VALUES (RESTAURANT): Adult breakfast: 43.00 Coffee for children 7 to 11 years old: 26.00 Coffee for children under 7: Complimentary Adult lunch or dinner: 66.00(all-you-can-eat buffet) or 90.00 per kg. Guest access You can use everything you see in the photos and read in the description. Both the pools of the condominium itself and the "Diroma Acqua Park" water park next door. Access is on foot. Other things to note Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, shops... all close to the building.
